Spaghetti with green olives

The typical Southern Italian after-sun after-beach spaghetti. It reminds us of the cicadas sound and of the reflection of the hot sun in the Mediterranean sea.   Pasta | Recommended with il Classico | Difficulty - Medium | Time 20 mins   Ingredients 3 table spoons extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup freshly grated bread crumbs 6 oil-packed anchovy fillets 3 garlic cloves 1  red hot chili pepper 1 cup coarsely chopped green olives Salt to taste, a little parsley ¾ box spaghetti   Process Heat the garlic cloves in a frying pan with the extra virgin olive oil for a couple of minutes (do not let them brown) Cut the anchovies into bits and put them into the pan together with the red chili pepper and the coarsely chopped green olives Let all the ingredients cook together for another...
